Head of Reception

We are looking for a reliable RECEPTIONIST for Prishtina Center Hostel

• You absolutely need to be able to handle any sort of situation in English.
• A passion for guests service from Backpackers for Backpackers
• Excellent communication Skills
• Open, Social caring and straightforward character who is also not afraid of sometimes an occasional stressful time
• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor (fluent english language required)
• working hours would be either 8am to 4pm, or 4 pm to midnight.

Your Tasks:

• Be a great host and offer our guests the best costumer service
• reservation procedures
• check-in/check-out for individuals travellers and groups
• controlling bookings, responding messages
• provide sightseeing information and insider tips
• dealing with costumer inquiries
• Keep a clean and orderly workspace
